Policies & Best Practices://

- Minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations, including private sessions or group classes. (more notice is greatly appreciated) If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation you will be charged in full for the service you were booked for. Each client will be given one complimentary exemption to the late cancellation policy, after which point there will be no exceptions.

- Cancellations can be made via text, email, or through the booking system

- Clients are strongly encouraged to manage their bookings through the booking system.  All clients registering for classes or private sessions have the ability to purchase, reschedule, cancel, and book recurring appointments online.  You can create an account here or login to your existing account here

-As a client, you benefit from recurring appointments!  Recurring appointments simplify the hassle of scheduling and help give you the consistency and accountability to show up for your health and fitness goals. There are two ways to select recurring appointments;   You can select recurring appointments that correspond with your package at the time of purchase, or you can notify Linnea and she can create a standing appointment time for you which will ensure that the time slot is saved for just you and/or that your spot in a class cannot be claimed by someone else.

- If you have a recurring reservation it is still your responsibility to give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid being charged.

- Late arrivals greater than 15 minutes will be considered a no show and charged accordingly, unless there is advance communication. Arriving more than 15 minutes late to a group class is not allowed as a safety precaution and out of respect to other students. 

- Although the booking system sends reminders, mishaps in technology can happen.  It is your responsibility to know when your appointment is, contact us if needed to clarify, and show up on time.

- There is a 1 hour cut off period for registration.  If you are attempting to sign up for class with less than 1 hour notice it might not be possible to attend class. Texting Linnea at 360-628-1311 is the best option at this point.

- Packages for classes and private instruction have expiration dates.  This is in part to encourage your accountability to your health and fitness goals and in part to streamline our accounting. Private session 5 packs and group class 4 packs expire in 90 days from purchase date, while private session 10 packs and group class 8 packs expire in 180 days. 


How do I best prepare my space at home for a virtual session?

Having ample light coming from in front, overhead, or from the sides helps improve the quality of your session.  Please avoid being backlit.  Contrasting colors in your clothing can help your trainer see the definition of your movement patterns.  Reducing distractions, silencing your phone, and finding a space where you can have focus will also help improve the quality of our work together.
