Meet The Team!
We take our work seriously, working hard to facilitate joy, health, and connection for all. It starts with a strong group of individuals committed in equal parts to excellence, teamwork and community.
Linnea Rothenmaier

Linnea is the owner and founder of Limber Arts. She is a rehabilitative Pilates instructor and personal trainer with nearly 20 years of teaching experience. She is a retired competitive athlete and circus performer who enjoys working with recovering fitness addicts, weekend warriors, injured yogis, and anyone who needs more loving kindness in their movement practice. Above all else, she believes that movement is medicine and strives to teach from a place of whole-heartedness and inclusivity, working with each individual in a unique and respectful manner. In addition to being a personal trainer and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, Linnea has specialized skills and experience in Anatomy in Motion (AiM), Rocktape performance taping, and Pilates for scoliosis. Linnea looks closely at the feet and the gait cycle (walking) as a way to assess and properly rehabilitate the structural alignment of the entire body. She has helped thousands of clients from post-rehab to advanced athlete. In addition to working directly with clients, Linnea is excited to be expanding her offerings to support and mentor other instructor/trainers as they gain confidence, skill, and knowledge as a coach.

Erin Weaver
As the Limber Arts Client Services Coordinator, Erin will warmly welcome you to the studio and ensure your appointments are taken care of.
With a background in business development for startups and nonprofits, Erin is excited to help Limber Arts grow as a community-oriented and independently-owned business.
As for movement, Erin loves to dance (contemporary and belly dance most recently), and is intrigued about using Pilates to build strength and flexibility that support other forms of movement.
Outside of Limber Arts, she makes herbal medicine, watches a lot of movies, is really into astrology, and sometimes moonlights as a bartender. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, she has lived in Olympia for over 3 years, absolutely loving the wild foraging possibilities and thriving arts communities here.

Are you interested in joining our team? Know someone who is?
We have one or two positions open for instructor/trainers at the moment with the option to sponsor the aligned candidate with mentorship and/or certification.
There is also the opportunity to rent studio space and we love collaborating with local practitioners and artists. Interested in hanging your art during arts walk? Let's talk!
