Get to know Linnea

Linnea is a rehabilitative Pilates instructor and personal trainer with over 10 years of teaching experience.  She is a retired competitive athlete and circus performer who enjoys working with recovering fitness addicts, weekend warriors, injured yogis, and anyone who needs more loving kindness in their movement practice.  Above all else she believes that movement is medicine and strives to teach from a place of whole-heartedness and inclusivity, working with each individual in a unique and respectful manner.  In addition to being a personal trainer and comprehensively certified Pilates instructor, Linnea has specialized skills and experience in Anatomy in Motion (AiM), Rocktape performance taping, and Pilates for scoliosis.  Linnea looks closely at the feet and the gait cycle (walking) as a way to assess and properly rehabilitate the structural alignment of the entire body.  She has helped thousands of clients from post-rehab to advanced athlete.
