Rokki Brown

Rokki is currently working as the Client Coordinator at Limber Arts while completing her 250 hour Mat and Reformer Pilates certification and mentorship from Linnea. As the Client Coordinator, she will welcome you into the studio and help each client manage their reservations and accounts.
She is currently teaching yoga and pilates mat classes after completing her Yoga Teacher Training at True Self Yoga, and is thrilled to begin teaching Reformer Pilates in the fall of 2026.
Growing up as a competitive athlete and collegiate basketball player, movement has always been an important part of Rokki's life. After stepping away from competitive sports, she discovered yoga and quickly fell in love with its ability to cultivate strength, mindfulness, and resilience.
More recently, she's developed a passion for functional strength training and Pilates, finding the perfect balance between challenge and restoration.
Rokki's teaching philosophy blends the strength-building benefits of Pilates with the restorative qualities of yoga. She is passionate about helping people build confidence, recover from injuries, and feel more connected to their bodies. Above all, she strives to create a welcoming space where every client feels supported, empowered, and free to show up exactly as they are.
For Rokki, movement, mindfulness, and body awareness are deeply meaningful practices that support not only physical health, but a rich and fulfilling life.

"I spent years, and $30,000 going to different doctors and trying to find different therapies with very limited success. I had to stop working and going to school. Sitting around all the time made the pain worse. It was terrible. I finally tried apparatus Pilates with Linnea and started to feel better after only a few sessions. I was so excited. Not only was I getting better, but I found something that I could do for exercise!"
