Once you've completed your intake private session, please feel free to sign up for class and manage your reservations online! Can't wait to see you at the studio soon!

As a members you get the added benefit of standing reservations for your preferred class times, discounts on additional class purchases, and the best rate per class price! Please ask for assistance the next time your in the studio to set up your standing reservation.

I’ve had the most profound impact from working with Linnea Rothenmaier. I started doing her foot exercises daily at home and have come to know all of my compensation patterns. Since I started paying attention, my gait has improved so much that I no longer get pain in my toes and I am able to do stair exercises for posterior chain strengthening.
