The small group classes are just what I was looking for to supplement my own exercise routines (running and swimming, primarily) to help build overall strength, especially as I'm in midlife and losing muscle mass. The exercise routines are just the right balance of approachable and challenging, and Linnea always offers modifications for students who want a more or less intense option. Linnea, who I have been seeing weekly in a Group Pilates Circuit class with other “Seniors” has been a great instructor. Taking us from the most basic moves and helping us continually building our core and body strength. Even though we are a group, we receive one on one assistance as she quickly assesses and recognizes which body areas we need to concentrate on and how to adapt the exercises at each station for our level of abilities and needs.   • Classes can be scheduled, rescheduled, and canceled online with the client scheduling app, via the website, or when you're in-person at the studio. (canceling online is only available through the app) 

  • Membership comes with many benefits including standing reservations for your preferred class times, discounts on additional class purchases, and the best rate-per-class price! You can reschedule your reservation to other class times as needed. â€‹

I’m a recently retired 62 year old male. Like many retirees I hoped to get into better shape but found it difficult to start and maintain any routine. With a bad shoulder neck issues and recent full knee replacement I feared I’d never be able to feel like I did in my younger days. I held little hope I could come even close to my goals. Then, along comes Linnea. Within my first 2 private sessions she helped me correct my posture and understand how my body works to help strengthen my “bum” leg and alleviate pains I’ve dealt with for years. My wife and I have since joined a group lesson with Linnea (6 months now) and are amazed at the results. My 32 year old self would be jealous of this 62 year old body. Before every class she checks with us (we’re all seniors) to make sure there’s no new pains and on the fly she adjusts our workouts to avoid further pain and relieve the problem. Her knowledge never ceases to amaze me, and yes, amaze is the correct word. If you’re looking to strengthen your body, trim down, regain flexibility I can’t recommend Linnea/Limber Arts/Pilates strong enough. A++
