Studio Policies
SAFETY POLICIES
WARNING: Improper use of Fitness and Pilates exercise equipment may cause serious bodily injury. To reduce risk of injury, Please abide by the following:

Before starting any exercise program, consult a physician.

Use equipment only under the observation and instruction of a qualified Instructor/Trainer.

Listen carefully to specific safety instructions.

Use equipment only for intended exercises.
-
Ensure the equipment is properly adjusted for your size and ability level.

Stop exercising if you experience chest pain, feel faint, have difficulty breathing or experience musculoskeletal discomfort.

Keep clothing, body and hair free from all moving parts.
-
Do not use if equipment appears worn, broken or damaged.
-
Do not attempt to repair equipment yourself.
-
Do not allow children to use or be around equipment without adult supervision.
-
Do not attempt to workout if you are severely under-slept, have not eaten sufficiently, or are taking medications that caution you against operating machinery or driving a car.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
-
Text, email, and phone calls do not officially cancel your session. To cancel a session, please do so either in-person at the studio, or online by using the Pocketsuite app.

All classes and sessions that are cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged in full. This policy allows us to pay our teachers for their time and commitment, therefore we cannot make exceptions for any reason, medical or otherwise.

REFUND POLICY

Limber Arts has a strict no cash refund policy.

Packages and memberships can be exchanged for alternate services within 30 days of purchase.

SCENT POLICY
-
We maintain a chemical-fragrance-free environment to accommodate students with allergies and sensitivities.
-
Please avoid wearing perfumes, colognes, fragranced laundry detergents, and scented hair or body products when attending class.
-
To ensure a comfortable environment for all, please arrive free of body odor or smoke odor.

PHONE POLICY

No photos or videos during classes or sessions. If you must take a call, please step into the hallway.

Please silence your phone during class and leave it with your personal belongings.

WEAPON POLICY
-
Limber Arts is a weapon-free zone. Please do not bring weapons of any kind into the studio.

CHILD POLICY
-
Limber Arts is happy to welcome teens over the age of 18 to participate in classes or private instruction.
-
Teens and children under the age of 18 are not allowed to participate in or observe group classes.
-
If you have a private session, you are welcome to bring your child with you to your session. Please confirm and notify this plan with your instructor with as much advance notice as possible. Please bring activities for your child to help limit distractions.

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE POLICIES​​
Scheduling & Packages

Please note expiration dates of packages when making your purchase. Any sessions not attended before the expiration of the package will be forfeit. There are no refunds, transfers, or extensions. Limber Arts is happy to help with scheduling and finding the appropriate package that best fits your scheduling needs.

Standing Appointments
-
A minimum 3-month commitment is required for standing appointments.
-
To maintain your standing appointment, you must attend at least 80% of the scheduled booking time (or use a rescheduled time).

If you have an unpaid session for more than 2 weeks, you will be required to provide a credit card on file when scheduling future sessions so Limber Arts can process payments at time of service.

Latecomer Policy
-
Please communicate via text or Pocketsuite message if you are running late. Sessions cannot be extended and will need to finish on time.

If we have not heard from you after 15 minutes of your session start time, you will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged according to our cancellation policy.
SMALL GROUP CLASS POLICIES

Scheduling, Waitlists, & Class Packages

Please schedule, reschedule, or cancel your sessions online using the Pocketsuite app, or when you are in-person at the studio.

If an instructor is unable to teach due to illness, Limber Arts will make every effort to secure a substitute rather than canceling the class. In the event that a class must be canceled, we will notify you directly regarding rescheduling options. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund for the missed class will be issued within 3 business days.

Waitlist: If a class time is full you can get on the waitlist and you will be auto-enrolled and notified if and when a space opens.

Latecomer Policy
-
If you arrive later than 10 minutes after the start of your class/workshop, you will not be let in. This is to ensure that you get a proper warmup and to minimize disruptions for the students who have arrived on time. You will be considered a “no-show” for the class/workshop and will be charged according to our cancellation policy.

Memberships
-
Memberships are billed automatically via autopay. If a payment fails, Pocketsuite will automatically retry for 4 days. If it still fails after that, the subscription will be cancelled. Please update your billing information within the Pocketsuite app.

Autopay date extensions can be granted up to twice a year for any reason.

Membership Cancellations
-
A $50 early cancellation fee will be applied to any membership canceled within the first 3 months.
-
To cancel a membership after your initial 3 month period, clients must provide written notice via the pocketsuite app at least 7 days before the next autopay date to avoid the $50 termination fee.
-
Members may reschedule classes up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the class being deducted from their membership.
-
Memberships can only be shared with one additional person.
-
Refunds and rollovers are not permitted, except in rare cases such as instructor cancellations or documented medical reasons.
