Scheduling, Drop-in, and Class Packages
-
New students please inquire first before attending class. Orientation is required prior to joining class to ensure both safety and appropriate levels.
-
If a class does not meet the minimum of two participants, you can either pay the remaining balance for a private session or reschedule to a different class time.
-
Please schedule, reschedule, or cancel your sessions online with the client scheduling app, or when you are in-person at the studio.
-
If an instructor is unable to teach due to illness, we will make every effort to secure a substitute rather than canceling the class. In the event that a class must be canceled, we will notify you directly regarding rescheduling options. If rescheduling is not possible, a refund for the missed class will be issued within 24 hours.
-
If purchasing a package, you will need to first purchase the package and then schedule the specific class times after purchase.
-
If a class time is full you can get on the waitlist and you will be auto enrolled and notified if and when a space opens

Scheduling
-
You can schedule, reschedule, and cancel your sessions either online through the client scheduling app, or in-person at the studio. You also have the option to schedule ongoing standing appointments.
-
Standing appointments allow you to prioritize your health and simplify scheduling.
-
Your standing appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be booked by other clients.
-
A minimum 3-month commitment is required for standing appointments.
-
The appointment reservation will continue indefinitely until you make changes, so please provide as much notice as possible if your schedule needs to be adjusted.
-
Clients are encouraged to reschedule, rather than cancel sessions whenever possible. This improves your results because it maintains consistency, even as schedules change and vacations happen.
-
To maintain your standing appointment, you must attend at least 80% of the time (or use a rescheduled time).
-
If you attend less than 80% of your appointments, you may be asked to switch to online scheduling instead.
-
Please note expiration dates of packages when making your purchase. For clients who are scheduling online (without standing appointment) please note that we are unable to guarantee availability, so it may be best to purchase sessions one at a time, or purchase a smaller package and schedule your sessions online promptly to ensure availability.
-
You can manage your account and see all of your account history when you download the client scheduling app. Download the client app by clicking here. You can also watch a tutorial for support and guidance here.
