Pilates In The Park

You're invited to participate in a fun and uplifting summer workout series at Marathon Park.  These donation-based community classes will help you feel amazing in your body, even if you've never done Pilates before.   Plus, your participation will help support local community organizations!

Pilates Equipment Basics

  • Learn how to safety use the Pilates equipment so that you can get started with confidence, regardless of your fitness level.

  • Discover why Pilates is a great form of exercise, even if you struggle with nagging issues or injuries.

  • Get comfortable with the basics of Pilates technique, while improving your core strength​​.

  • This workshop also fulfills the pre-req for attending small group classes.
